Youth Fundraiser--Food Order Form

Food Information
PLEASE NOTE:
All wings will be fried in PEANUT OIL. A variety of sauces will be available, or if you have a favorite, feel free to bring your own. Ketchup, mustard and relish will also be availalbe for hotdogs. 

Wing Meals:
Each order of a wings meal costs $10. This includes a bag of chips, carrots, celery and a drink. 

Hotdog Meals:
Each order of a hotdog meal cost $2.50. This includes a hotdog, bag of chips and a drink. 

Individual Hotdogs:
Individual hotdogs cost $1.50. This DOES NOT come with chips or a drink.
